As a dancer you will;
Upload information onto the website and ensure that your profile is kept up-to-date
Ensure the health and safety of participants, warming up and cooling down both yourself and the workshop participants
Provide workshops which are an enjoyable, qualitative learning experience for participants.
danceresponse reserves the right to visit any workshop, we will endeavour to contact you before any visit occurs.
Complete your own risk assessment when you arrive at the school. If you feel there is an on-going risk to working in the school you should provide feedback to danceresponse so that issues can be raised with the school.
Provide your own transport and note that additional money for travel is not available
Endeavour to fulfil a booking once it has been accepted
Inform danceresponse if you cannot fulfil a booking which you have accepted. If a replacement dancer cannot be found you will reimburse danceresponse for any costs incurred including a cancellation fee to the school

Check the emergency procedure with the school on your arrival and in the case of an emergency occurring handover responsibility to the responsible adult/s present from the school
Agree to be part of the peer monitoring system and understand that schools will provide a rating for your workshop between 1-5 and possibly a short statement about you and your work. If any of the ratings are 2 (or below) danceresponse staff will discuss this rating with both the school and yourself before it is placed against the profile. If you are consistently rated at 2 or below your profile will be ‘paused' and a member of danceresponse staff will contact you
Provide hard copies of CRB enhanced clearance, public liability insurance and education qualifications for verification before their profile goes live on the site. danceresponse will destroy the information once it has been verified.
Ensure that any publicity that you do in connection with the booking includes the following statement "The visit by [your name] was made possible by danceresponse"
Dancers will not
