Lindy Hop
Lindy Hop is a high energy dance which uses the improvisation of African dances within a European eight count structure. It developed quickly during the 1920s using steps from the Charlston and is sometimes also referred to as the Jitterbug. It is great fun and develops trust and co-ordination as well as introducing lifts or air steps
